There are so many textures and different cheese flavors to appreciate, and actually, no two cheeses are equally. In case you think of it, nearly all of America is becoming a cheese society, meaning everything and that anything we can cover in cheese, we do.
But as it happens, not all cheeses are created equal. It’s no surprise that pregnant women get a whole record of foods to steer clear of, and such warnings aren’t to be taken. One thing that expectant moms are told to not eat is soft, spreadable cheese, for example Camembert or Brie. These foods were believed to only have adverse effects on pregnancy through the last months, but now, a brand new study says that soft cheese could be dangerous from the start.
Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine have discovered that eating soft cheese may be a serious risk factor early on in pregnancies.
The bacteria listeria, which continues to be linked to miscarriage, has been found dwelling within soft cheese.
A common factor in food poisoning, Listeria, may attack a woman’s placenta together with the lining of her uterus, causing the entire body.
Those affected by listeria may feel like they will have the flu. They may experience chills, aches and pains, a fever, nausea, and diarrhea.
Other foods that might contain listeria comprise pâté, cooked chopped meats, butter, and prepackaged sandwiches.
They might have to change their eating habits for the interest in their unborn kids.
